Acceptance of Sale:
By placing an order with Cool Headed Beer Systems implies that you accept our terms and conditions of purchase as listed below. In you have any questions please call 02 8209 3747 before ordering goods.

Payment:
All equipment must be paid for before delivery and installation. Payment can be made by credit card only.

Returns:
Please choose carefully as there are no refunds.

Delivery and Installation:
All prices include delivery and installation.

Warranty

WHAT’S COVERED

Cool Headed Pty Ltd guarantees the COOLHEADED20, COOLHEADED30 and COOLHEADED30TWO beer systems for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, which is only valid with the presentation of the original proof of purchase receipt. This guarantee covers materials and workmanship defects only.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This guarantee does not apply to defects arising from abuse, alteration or unreasonable use of the product. It does not cover general deterioration due to usage.

In addition, it does not cover damage through lack of system cleaning. The procedures in the Instruction Guide must be followed.
