Why Tap Beer?

COST
Kegs are typically more economical than cases. A full 50L beer keg contains the equivalent of over 145 330ml premium bottles of beer (including wastage). That's over six cases! The next time you're doing the ordering, do the maths. Check what you are being charged for the same beer in cases and what it will cost to buy a keg. Kegs are a winner most of the time!
TASTE
Kegs taste better! Many people like the taste of keg beer better than bottles or cans. The reason for this is simple. Bottles and cans contain preservatives to give them a longer shelf life. Kegs do not. This means that keg beer is usually fresher, compared to bottles and cans which might have been brewed close to a year ago and still not be past their expiration date!
CONVENIENCE
Do you really want to spend your employees’ time reloading the fridge with bottles and then getting rid of the empties? A much better idea is to have them use their time focusing on your customers. And on those warm days when you are continually opening the fridge to get a bottle the serving temperature drops considerably. How many of your customers want warm beer?
A POINT of DIFFERENCE
People go to bars and restaurants for great food, the ambiance and to socialise. In other words to experience things they typically can’t get at home. Why not add to that experience? Anyone (over 18) can go to the local bottle shop and get their favourite six pack and drag it home. What the vast majority can’t do at home is experience a premium tap beer served in a chilled glass. By offering tap beer you are providing something to make the customer’s experience different and more importantly better!
